Stop 1
Main parking lot
Center of the main parking area. We offer free parking for all tubing guests with 250+ spots on site, first come first served. Arrive by 10 AM on weekends to guarantee a spot.
Stop 2
Tube booth — check-in & ID drop
Pay here and leave your ID as a deposit for your tube rental. Pick up your wristband before heading into the park. Tube rentals are $25 per person and include river entry, the Tube Chute, and your return shuttle ride.
Stop 3
Tube pick-up & shuttle drop-off
Grab your tube here after checking in. Choose from standard open bottom tubes, vinyl bottom tubes, or cooler tubes. This is also where the Landa River Trips shuttle bus drops guests off after returning from the last public exit.
Stop 4
Gate entrance — 8-acre park
Main gate into our 8-acre park on the Comal River. All three river entry stairways are accessible from here. Follow the path down the hill to reach the river bank, picnic areas, and your choice of entry point.
Stop 5
Bathrooms
Just past the gate at the top of the hill, before you head down to the river.
Stop 6
Stairway 1 — bottom of the hill
⚠ Currently under construction
We recommend using stairway 2 under the bridge while construction is ongoing.
Stop 7
Stairway 2 — under the bridge
Our most popular river entry point. Walk through the gate, follow the road down the hill to the right. The road curves left along the river bank — look for the bridge, walk under it, and the stairs are on the left. This is the recommended entry while stairway 1 is under construction.
Stop 8
Picnic tables — first area
Along the river bank past stairway 2. All tables are first come, first served.
Stop 9
Picnic tables — second area
Just past the first picnic area, continuing toward stairway 3 and the waterfall.
Stop 10
Picnic tables — third area
Another shaded spot continuing toward the waterfall and stairway 3.
Stop 11
Stairway 3 — Comal River start
The primary river entry point where Dry Comal Creek and the waterfall meet the Comal River. This is where your New Braunfels tubing tour on the water begins. From here you will float past the famous Comal River Tube Chute before reaching the last public exit downstream.
Stop 12
Above stairway 3 — panoramic overlook
Sweeping views of the waterfall, Comal Creek, and the main river all from one spot.
Stop 13
Waterfall area
One of the most scenic spots in our park. See the waterfall, the historic power plant tunnel, and the Wurstfest grounds all from one location. A great spot to take photos before you enter the Comal River.
Stop 14
Last public exit — view from the river
Looking toward the last public exit from the Comal River. This is where you get out at the end of your float.
Stop 15
